Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You grant us the right to use the photos and video materials you provide for creating your memorial video. We commit to using these materials solely for your custom artwork and will not disclose to third parties or use for other commercial purposes.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Due to the nature of digital content, memorial videos may display differently across devices. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Any ambiguities in the interpretation shall not be construed against the drafter.
