Your satisfaction matters deeply to us! If you are not fully satisfied with your Wove & Hope artwork, please contact us at support@woveandhope.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll do everything we can to address your concerns.
Given the custom-made nature of each piece and the significant time invested in handcrafting your unique portrait, we cannot accept returns.
Should you desire additional modifications, you may ship the artwork back to us at your own cost, and we will be happy to make adjustments to ensure it meets your vision.

Order Cancellation Policy
To secure your spot in our production queue, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required when placing your order. This allows us to dedicate time and resources to your custom piece.
If you choose to cancel before we begin production, we will refund any amount paid beyond the 20% deposit.
Once work on your order has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible as substantial time and materials have already been invested in creating your one-of-a-kind artwork.
We appreciate your understanding that each portrait is a meticulously handcrafted original.
Order Change Policy
If you need to modify your order, please email us as soon as possible within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes beyond this timeframe.
